Default Getting sick after protein shake or grilled chicken

Hey guys. It's been a while since i've posted but i've been having a problem that I can't seem to find an answer to.

Everyday, right after my workout, I drink a protein shake in the locker room. It's regular whey protein (about 50 grams). Well about 15-30 minutes after I drink it i'm super hungry, my stomach burns, I get sweaty and pale like i'm ready to pass out.

I usually eat grilled chicken breast for dinner about 1 hr after my workout. I get almost the same feeling within about 45 minutes after I eat the chicken breast.

Also, there was a time period where i was drinking a protein shake as soon as I rolled out of bed in the morning but that was making me super sick as well so I stopped doing that and just waited until I ate breakfast. It's hard to describe the feeling I get. It's that same feelingi you get when you're so hungry it makes you dizzy and sweaty and feels like your stomach is eating itself. I've heard numerous suggestions. some people have told me i'm hypoglycemic and need to eat a jelly sandwich with dinner and post workout with my shake. I don't know how true that is. I've also heard that the type of whey I take it a really fast absorbing protein which speeds up my metabolism which makes me hungrier.

Any advice would be helpful before I try eating sandwiches after my workout and with my chicken for dinner. Sorry if this is a newbie question I just cant find the answer.

Thanks!

Thanks for the responses. I wasn't taking any carbs with the post workout shake because I was just mixing it up in the locker room...i'm switching my order and drinking my protein shake before workouts now and drinking the creatine after the workout. This has been helping a little bit.

You need to eat more frequently or larger amounts. I eat every 2 hours, if I dont I get sick to the point I want to pass out, hot flashes sweaty, I eat carbs all day protien. But like clockwork every 2 hours or I will feel very sick. After I eat all is well, energy is restored and ready to rock.
