Default Good diet for bulking?

Going to start bulking until about April time so wanna get my diet sorted out before i get going, this is the model i'm working on, let me know what the opinions are-

Breakfast

6 eggs (3 with yolk, 3 without)
Porridge
2 wholemeal toast
30g protein shake

Morning

60g protein shake
1 tbsp olive oil
BCAA's

Lunch

2 tins of tuna
4 slices wholemeal bread
2 tbsp olive oil
1 apple

Afternoon

60g protein shake

Pre Workout

60g protein shake
BCAA's

Post Work Out

60g protein shake
120g dex/mal shake
BCAA's

Dinner

2 Chicken breast's/tuna/salmon
Wholewheat pasta/potatoes
Veg

Evening

1 chicken breast
1 tuna

Before Bed

Weight gainer shake

Any additions, or things to take away? Any suggestions are welcomed with open arms, but you have to bear in mind i have a budget, and a job so i can't always eat when i want

What are the total numbers here ?

Cals =
Protein =
Carbs =
Fat =

If your not sure then you should weight this stuff out and measure everything. I will tell you that not to many chicken breasts are the same in weight. And just because I scoop of protein says 30g on the container doesn't mean it is. You should get a scale and check everything.

You should be measuring everything. Bulking doesn't just mean eating until you are stuffed. Don't rely so much on the shakes. Save them for postworkout and bedtime. Most of your fats are coming from oil. Get some peanut butter, almonds, flax, ice cream. You don't need BCAA's with your preworkout shake. You are getting plenty from the shake itself. You can however sip on them while you are training if you want to. Plus if I were bulking, I'd get on some creatine.

I found out that getting your nutrients from whole foods instead of whey powders is more cost efficient. Buy in bulk and save $$$

Before you even start planning on your diet, you need to know what's your basal metabolic rate. This can be calculated based on your weight, height and level of activity.

To gain weight, you have to eat enough to get calories greater than your BMR.

Now I'm not saying to add a quart of ice cream to your intake every day. But for bulking, I don't see anything wrong with having a couple scoops every now and then. If you were cutting I'd say not until your cheat day.

Also, I never said ice cream had "healthy fats", but compare a scoop of ice cream to a protein bar. Believe it or not, you do need some saturated fat in your diet.

You need calories!!!!!!
