help me please

I need help with diet badly. I'm about 5'11-maybe 6'0 like 185lbs. I usedto be like 220 and dropped to 169 at my lowest, but have gained some since. I have this kind of saggy skin with stretch marks that will not go away. I know surgery is like the key option, but if I really hit the cardio, weights, and diet extremely hard, will it really diminish it and make me get "cut?" or is there really no point in trying because people say you need surgery to get excess skinned removed from losing like 45lbs in less then a year. I love working out and I dream of being on the front cover of some magazine cause I know I have the physique to do it, and all the mentality to reach it, but I have a lot of work ahead of me. I want the abs etc and I'm willing to work for it but I need advice as far as nutrition and what I should buy. I usually write what I eat and eat every so hours. I'm not dumb but sometimes I feel like nothing is working. I feel like a monster when working out but I still feel crappy with my shirt off cause I'm not lean and my bf isn't low at all. (17%) My parents buy shit (just graduated from HS) so I was thinking im going to shop and use my own refridgerator. I really want to do this for my self and feel confident with my shirt off around my girlfriend cause right now that ain't happenin...and she has a pool! :( haha :-/ someone please help me because I want to pursue health and help others too. I just wanna get lean and feel good and have no worries. thank you.

If you bulk up more the excess skin will diminish. Plus they make creams that supposedly make strecth marks go away. And if your already with a girl and she actually likes you for who you are then you shouldnt worry about how you look without a shirt on. But don't give up on your dreams.
