Check out daves sticky in nutrition, clean bulk. What you have down is a good start, looking over it, the only protein is from shake, turkey and almonds.... It doesnt look like it will add up to a whole lot. What size are ya, ht, wght, lbs or stones....
It is a good start, I like the pre and post wo foods. Great things will happen if you prime yourself to go to the gym, and you refresh yourself afterwards... You will be seeing results nicely if you give your body what it wants....

lots and lots of cookies... jk

I'm 185lbs 5ft 11
i also had the cottage cheese in there and the tofu are theese not good protein sources.

Do you like tuna out of the can. Great way to add more protein.

You will see results quickly, diet looks ok. You can play with it. Just make sure your getting enough protein and keeping your calories up. Get some fish oil or flax oil or better yet get both. You need some good fats. You can eat the tuna in olive oil. I might also have a protein drink pre workout as well.

Actually, the cottage cheese is good, try tuna in the cottage cheese, you will be suprised. Tofu - well, Im on the fence on that one, some say soy is not good protein. But me being lactose intollerant to a degree. I drink soymilk and have eaten much tofu/seitan/and vegetarian foods. Wildwood soy yogurt rules, Wildwood tofu is tasty. If that is your lifestyle, keep eating it. Try to write out your macronutrient breakdowns, what protein, fat, and carbs are ya eating in a day, how many cals. Take it a step at a time. And it will add up.
Tuna packed in olive oil is tasty too, I have on many occasions taken a can or 3 dump it in a baggie, add some gardenia peppers, mix up, and use lettuce as a wrap.

I vote that tuna is king, well tuna and chicken and beef, and liver, Oh hell I love meats.

Your diet looks good, but as these guys have said, you need to up the protein intake.

Personally, I see nothing wrong with using mixed sources of protein (ie the whey/tofu/cottage cheese/almonds) but you should be getting more of it. I think if this is the type of diet you like, all you really need to do is add another protein drink in there (maybe two? Like one before bed and one between lunch & dinner? Help guys!)

You will notice differences soon. Be patient, everybodies body is different. Your young and chalk-o-block filled with testosterone, so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

You really should look in to picking up the Dextrose though. I use it several times a day with my protein drinks, creatine, taurine & glutamine. Well worth the couple of dollars it costs.

Keep up the work bro!

for protein, steak and egg whites are good sources. if you have a george forman grill, steak is done in like 10 mins: 5 min pre-heat, 5 mins cooking. chicken breasts are a snap that way too. i go to the wholesale food club (costco) and buy a big tray of chx breasts and cook them all in about an hour. i put two apiece in zip locks. throw a few in the freezer and a few in the fridge and away we go...

good tuna recipe: substitute grey poupon mustard for mayo and it's a good tuna salad (I also chop a bit of onion and celery and add some Mrs. Dash)

Thanks for all the support
I noticed the protein was a little lite and then forgot I had Bush's baked beans on whole wheat toast

So today went a little like this
m1)1/2 cup oatmeal
lg bowl kashi go lean
m2)spaghetti w/ragu (roasted garlic)and grilled chicken breast and spinach sauteed
pint gatorade
workout
m3)shake(whey protein)
protein bar
m4)cracker barrel cheese on whole wheat
1/2 cup cottage cheese w/6 blackberries and a lo fat yogurt
M5)grilledsalmon with new potatoes and baby carrots
M6)tuna salad on whole wheat
handful almonds

Havent had M6 yet but will eat it at night b4 bed

This eating thing is hard work getting time I guess it will get easier
