Default hows this meal for bulking up?

Is this a good meal for bulking?

2 servings hot malto meal cereal
2 slices whole wheat toast with all natural peanut butter
16 oz skim milk

38 g of protein

109 g carbs

23 g fat

not sure if that malto has any crap in it...i just use regular old fashioned oatmeal...good for the cholesterol too but looks good...

just remember to repeat that for breakfast seven days a week

that oatmeal is soooo hard to eat in the morning....I eat it plain..nothing added. 2 whole eggs and 2 whole wheat toasts....damnnnnnnnnnn it gets boring after a while...but I still love hatin' it...lol

i have the oatmeal with a scoop of whey...a whole egg...and 8 oz. of milk...throw it in the blender.

only sucks when i get to the bottom...then i have to add some water and swish it around...otherwise i damn near gag
