Hey guys reading some journals from people here and i am gettin mixed up abit. couple of questions;
what is Citrulline Malate ? what does it do?
after workout and after CEE then what, mass protein shake or Dinner
How much grams of creatine are you supposed to take b4 after workout?

Citruline Malate is supposed to give you a nice pump, better than arginine (nitrix, NO2, etc...)
Post workout should contain around 40g protein and 40-80g carbs.
I usually take 5g creatine pre and another 5g post workout. Just take whatever you feel best works for you by experimenting around.
