Default Late workouts...Need Help!!!

Whats up everyone jsut needed some advice on what to eat after a late work out. I lift at about 9:30 PM-11:00 PM and i go to sleep around 12-12:30AM what do you guys reccomend i eat as my PWO nutrition???? Thanks

Dextrose and protein shake along with some oatmeal.

Thats a tough one since you dont want a huge meal before bed. 311's is a good idea. I would try and get you shake right after and maybe the oatmeal and some cottage cheese right before you go to bed for some slower absorbing carbs and protein....
