I think it does contain EFAs as well, which will help you burn fat. Well, u are right bro, I wont trust any of those companys especially Muscle Tech, I used their acetabolan thinking, I was going to look like Jay cutler in few months, but it didnt happen. Animal stack claims that Gunter has only used their products and nothing else, we all know that he is taking shit load of juice per day. I just dont know what brand? May be tropicana or minute maid.

Here's the trick. If you want to get rid of fat eat less calories then maintenance, if you want to gain eat more. Thats it.
However I eat lots of fat, (good fat) and I have found that you don't need to over do it on protein like 2X unless maybe your saucin. My friends (fat friends) can't believe I get away with it especially since my colesterol is 168 and I'm 9%BF
