you adding olive oil and fish oil and PB for your fat intake?
what is the olive oil going in.

looking at the nutrition value of what i've ate already to day i gotta start kicking some serious protien these next 4 meals to hit my 340mark...

i weigh between 140-144 depending on the day.

i add the olive oil to a little bit of sugar free peach tea, and swallow her on down. peach tea works great

ah that makes sense when looking at your eatin regimine*
cal carb fat protein
Total 1,396 34.1 53.1 211.2

heres my consumption 1/2 way through the day...

i think im gonna eat 1/2 a sweet potato and a shake for 4th meal to get my carbs in line with the fats...
