Try eating smaller meals. A huge shot of calories can bog you down.

What are your total calories? I'm assuming that those grams are protein only.

yeah those are grams of protein

everyday i take in about 3500 to 4100 calories. my meals are already pretty small and straight foward. i get 750 calories from each protein shake. one thing i forgot to mention was that i work from 12pm-1am. my job isnt very active but maybe the late hours are affecting me. are there any mood enhancing products on the market?

That nanox9 stuff is COMPLETELY bullshit. It's a total waste of money. And creakic doesn't work any better than creatine monohydrate. Three meals isn't very good..break those down in to 6 meals if you can. Digestive enzymes may help with the bloated feeling. How much are you sleeping every night?

so what product out there do u suggest that is better than nox9, and creakic? and for the meals i tried the 6 meals a day routine but it didnt work out for me b cuz of my work schedule. i cnt carry food every where i go at work. wit the three meals routine i make sure to take in some form of protein every 2 hours or so to keep my body in a anabolic state. i sleeep 7 to 8 hours a day.

How can you take protein every two hours? I though you said you couldn't have food or anything like that with you at work?

Read the thread on pre and post workout nutrition. It will make a big difference for you. Cheap creatine monohydrate will work as well as creakic and eating a little bit of carbs and protein 30-60 min before a workout will do more than nanox9.

Be careful with creatine mono IF it ruins your appetite like it does w/ mine. One thing I've learned over the past few weeks is to suck it up. Eat when you have room, not when you're hungry. DC has me shoveling down so much food that sometimes I think I'm going to burst. But I'll tell ya, it takes a few weeks before the hunger kicks in and the metabolism is rockin'. It takes a little while to stretch your stomach.

If that's the usual day, there's no way you're taking in 4,000 calories. No way. Protein carries 4 calories per gram. So even if you're somehow up to 250 grams of protein per day, which it looks like it, that's a whopping 1,000 calories lol. 300 grams = 1200. Carbs also yield 4 cals per gram, so do the math.

I'm sure you're trying to add more protein shakes in between due to your work schedule.. But IMHO it's a complete waste to ingest just whey by itself if that's what you're doing.

The problem I see other than guesstimating about 2,000 calories too high is that you have too many filling fat filled meals early in the day. Get rid of the bacon and substitute egg whites, and add a complex carb source. I've found the more Pro and Cho I have, the hungrier I am. Fats are really sustaining, and much better served later in the day GENERALLY SPEAKING.

I work 12 hours a day. You have to either do what you can to prepare quick meals to eat at work inside tupperware, or make peace with your situation and know it's never going to get you where you want to be. I could fill a tupperware container with tuna and mayo for a quick meal or two. Takes me about 5 minutes to chomp it down. That equates to going on a bathroom break right there. Another I like is 12 egg whites mixed in a cup of oatmeal. By the time I wolf it down it's nice and cold. Simple meal.

thanx dk. by the way the carbs must carry some calories to... right? b cuz when i read the nutritional label on the protein jug it says 750 calories for 50 grams of protein. and the protein bars label says 410 calories for 32 grams of protein.
