Default My meal plan (Please read and help me edit)

Hi everyone, I posted earlier so I believe this is what most of you want me to do. It's going to be real bad so I will need a lot of help editing. Also, can someone please tell me how to make egg whites? I know how to seperate them but then what do you do? Sorry I am a noob at cooking....

I will be working out 4 times a week. I am 6'1", 182 lbs, 22 years old. I am a vegetarian but I will eat fish for this. I am wanting to bulk up but trim some of my fat out. I really want to commit to this and eat like this everyday. Would my off days be the same?

Breakfast 6:45:
-6 egg whites (Doesn't this get expensive?)
-1 scoop of ON Whey Protein in water
-Bowl of oatmeal (What kind though, just the plain oats?)with one tsp of flaxseed oil mixed in
-One apple, one orange, or one banana

Morning snack 9:00:
-All natural peanut butter sandwich (Just one)

Lunch 12:10:
-1 can of tuna wrapped in tortilla wrap with black beans?
-1 large salad with fat free dressing

Afternoon snack 3:00:
-Whole wheat bagel

Preworkout at 4:30 I take Animal Pump and Animal Stak

Workout at 5-6 or so

After workout/Dinner 6:30:
-2 scoops of ON Whey Protein in water
-One can of green beans
-Brown rice
-2 cans of salmon

Before bed:
-Bowl of non-fat cottage cheese

So is this good? This seems completely wrong...I am trying and meeting you all half-way. If I could get some specific help on this it would be great. By the way, I drink a gallon of water a day.

Maybe I should just stop being a vegetarian. It's only been a month. I figure I can be healthy still if I eat like this and still eat meat. You think I should? And if so, how would it change this? What would it replace?

I am trying!

Animal Pump won't help you gain any size or strength. The diet you posted isn't bad. You need to get around 30g of protein at every meal though. So you need to add in a shake or some fish to your snacks.

If you're doing the vegetarian thing purely for health reasons, then it's not necessary. Adding in lean cuts of chicken would not be unhealthy.

Your total calories are low. You might try fitday.com. I have used it along with many other members for keeping up with my diet.
