Need Advice!
Looking to get back into the gym for the summer. I recently bought some Creatine and Whey Protein along with some Dextrose. Ive been reading some things up on it and am confused on how and when to take the dextrose. I know post workout, but i need to get my whey protein in which i drink with milk, and then when should i take the creatine and dextrose?
