Hey, I'm 17 and trying to get off the last bit of fat around my belly, I'm gonna put up an example of a typical day for me and please could you guys tell me where I can improve.
6a.m. -15min high intensity cardio
7a.m. -1 cup of rolled oats with skim milk
10:30 - two slices seeded brown bread with ham and cheese
1:30 - 3 scrambled eggs
2:30 - pre workout shake
2:30-3:30 - weight training session
4p.m. - 30grams whey protein
6p.m. - two chicken breasts
If you are stuck with a little bit of weight just cut some calories and do some more cardio.
Definitely if you're looking into losing that last bit of weight, take a look at your diet first, then start attacking your training.
Just by your example diet, there's definitely room for adjustment. Look at uping your protein and healthy fats! the bulk of your protein comes mostly at the end of the day, try spacing it out and add some more fats in there. CLA, fish oils, virgin olive oil, etc.
If it doesnt seem like you're getting anywhere, you can then start adding more cardio, or start looking at adding in supplements such as fat burners to your stack.
