i really need help on a good diet to cut alot of fat. I know a cyclictic diet is key. But I dont know where to begin with it. And what foods are the best to lose fat and the foods to avoid and when to eat what

Tuna Chicken breast Steak Vegetables 100% whey egg whites cottage cheese oatmeal flax seed oil whole wheat bread ground turkey |
