The calculator will do the work for you. You just plug in the foods you need.

O and about excersize I have always jogged at least a mile a day...currently just cardio...should I lift too? will it have an effect?
definatly start lifting some weight when u get down to your goal and youd probably be alot happier with some muscles to show off but also who wants to look like a stick

Well today was my first day on this whole plan...So today was 1376 Calorie, 12 carb 135g protein day. Maybe a little low on the carbs...I dunno...but I can continue what I ate today for a while at least a month so hopefully results will keep me motivated.

Thats a light day. You chould check daves sticky on the clean bulk. find your maint calories, and deduct 500. 1376 is mad low, and not something a 250pounder should be doin. itll just mess up your scheme. Just try to lose 1-2lbs per week, and you will feel new again. It took you a while to put on the weight, you are not going to lose it quick. patience is a virtue. peace out yo

i agree with joeyboy777, you need to get your total calories up as they are way too low. if your on CKD, you can do this by adding more fats to the diet. dont' believe the myth that "if you wanna lose fat, you gotta not eat fat" b/c that'll throw a wrench in your diet success faster than anything. another myth you need to be careful of is: "if going 500calories below maintenance will help me lose weight, going 1000 calories below maintenance will help me lose it faster" basically the "more is better" mindset... if your calories are too low, your body will go into "starvation" mode... basically it'll hang on to as much "energy" as possible thinking that you are starving. what is the energy source it hangs on to? yup... FAT. and at the expense of your lean mucle mass you'll find it getting even harder and harder to lose FAT. i assume when you say you want to lose weight, thatyou mean you want to lose FAT while retaining as much muscle as possible. muscle is your friend when trying to stay lean.

Few weeks ago Jarred visited the elementary school. For some reason everyone in the highschool got jealous of not seeing him. Jarred should lift weights and get ripped then say Subway did this for me.

I have found that you will want to watch your fats in foods as well.
High protein will really help if you are working out alot.
I eat 130 grams of protein a day.
