Ok, i'll give the cottage cheese another try haha...is the flavored stuff add suger and other baddies or is it just as good for you? How about this: I'll sub one PB sandwich for cottage cheese, one PB sandwich for bag of nuts and protein shake and keep the last PB sandwich for pre-workout? That will give me a little bit of everything in between my main meals.

Thanks again for the help guys

Substitutions sound good.

The flavour stuff isn't too bad since the stuff I found just added real fruit. So it wasn't like a fruit syrup or anything that was loaded with sugar.
