Default Post Workout Nutrition

Here's an article I've just posted over on my blog you guys may be interested in.

I'm challenging the dogma that lowfat milk in your post workout shake is inferior to whey/dextrose.

I like to have a recovery drink post workout first since protien breaks down slower. met-rx used to have one awhile back but I make my own. I like oj with some honey, liquid carnitine, a teaspon of palmagranet extract and some glutimine powder. I'll have my protein an hour or so later as you are still in a good window for absorption.
