Yeah, we talk about it all the time, lol. There was this one guy who goes, well, you've disproven the myth but I'm still never going to eat more than thirty grams at a time :D. The power of myths.

I wont make that mistake, its funny, when i was much younger i trained hard for years and never gained anything, no weight no strenght nothing. Now with a little advice and sound info my gains are explosive and when you can see those gains it makes it all worth while. After reading your sig, i now try and work out how long i spend on my back.:weights:

I just made up the 25% btw...but people get the point I guess.

I am going to do this thing on digestion. But I was already working on a thing on lipids and it's SO friggin boring. Maybe Ross would like volunteer, haha.

We'll see. If I can find the time. I have to write a research paper on a nutrition topic. Maybe I can write it about this...it won't be today though. :)

Well you can see why that's the kind of thing that is prevelant, lol. Not really a lot of money to be made giving someone some basic foundational info.
