Default Protein for Begginers!

This is kind of a random post. But the article on the below page has some good info on different types of protein. Check it out if you get some time. Worth looking at if you have some questions about the types of protein available. Easy to read! Nothing too in depth.

good article. most nutrition-conscious lifters already know the difference, but this would be a great read for the not so nutrition-conscious among us.
I was wondering reading this, though, what kind of protein would a Mike Tyson be?

The iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends come and go, but 200 pounds is always 200 pounds."
