Alright so i been doing this whole healthy thing for over 2 months now and its still fun and im still motivated which is a good thing i think. Anyways i would like to drop a large amount of wieght with out the sacrafice of my muscles. Because my end goal is to be a built guy. So anyways i was wondeirng if there is maybe some sort of high protein diet that will help my muscles stay big but yet help me drop a few pounds a week.

What are your stats? For a quick answer, CKD diet is good for quick weight loss in a short time, mostly water weight though. I've done it and have got good results from it. I know some others have done different types of diets and they can give you their perspective on them.

CKD done right will lose you 1lb of fat per week and retain your muscle. However there are many options. Stats are required.
