A big question, that I'm sure many of you have answered:
Because I am a student, I am busy most of the weekdays. Therefore, I am able to set up my diet so that I eat small meals, and what I eat is healthy. Because I don't have much time in the day, I am able to stick to this diet. I exercise almost 6 days a week.
On the weekends however (Fri. night-Sunday night), I can't seem to stick to this plan. I "binge eat," mostly on unhealthy foods. I do this because most of the time, I feel that it will be okay for me to do this. Obviously this is false.
Does anybody have any healthy recipes that I can follow to make food that will satisfy my cravings?
A more important question, how do you prevent yourselves from "cheating" on your diet throughout the week?
u could take an appetite suppressor pill orr well my spanish teacher told me most poor countries have very spicy food cuz they cant afford alot and the spicier it is the more itll fill u up or sumthin idk if i believe it but thats what he said neway yea idk ne recipes for that but u could take a pill or jus will power which to use on weekend is rele hard i dont buy chips n crap neway soo usually like a diet soda holds me over
Well, I think the first question is if this "binge" eating is interfering with your diet and physical goals?
Are you trying to lose weight and you think these weekend forays into bad-food-land is holding you back? Are you trying to cut up with the same result?
Or are you just feeling guilty about not sticking to a sensible eating plan?
Give yourself 1 cheat day, say Saturday and get back on your diet on Sunday. You need 1 day and 1 day only to keep you from going insane. I know you can do that.
