hhmmm yea i guess he does workout a lot cause he's not really skinny he is around 175 to 200 lbs and he also has a nice chest oh and he eats a lot of spicy food(Mexican food) and drinks a lot of pop .....

but any ways thnx for the info on the fruits bad for your abs thing do vegtable do the same thing????

I believe i picked up that little nugget of knowledge over at AnabolicMinds. There was a study posted, cant remember when, stating that information. I would provide the link if I had it.

Also, no veggies have a very different kind of carb, more over they usually are filled with fiber, which is a carb, but is not used in the same manner in your body. some veggies such as carrots have higher carb counts, but it is nothing like the excess amounts in most fruits.

lol that hillarious lol i cant belive u did that but it turns out there are foods that help out ure 6 pack its in this one book i saw at store but it was ten dollars and i didnt fell like spending that much

hahah really, is that one of those books on the rack when your in line at the grocery store ... i wouldnt put too much faith in those my friend.

dont get me wrong, I'm not saying fruits are bad for you, I'm saying if you are low carbing, they shouldnt be in your diet at all. especially if they are among other complex carbs, big no no.
