Angry Getting in the way of good information

Come on people! That's two in a row! First a guy says I can get a great 6 pack from just eating strawberries. My dream come true! Not only do I hate doing cardio and crunches all the time, but I also happen to LIKE strawberries. Then a second guy comes along and laughs that I bought 20 lbs of strawberries, but he also mentions that even though it's ridiculous and hillarious that I would invest in 20lbs of strawberries on the whim of a rumor, that he knows of a magical book that has the REAL way to get a 6 pack. The best part....(unlike the ridiculous strawberry theory) is that IT only requires you eat certain foods, and they happen to be fruit too! (I like fruit) So I sent my wife out to get me the first 10 dollar book she could find that had this information in it and 200 dollars to go buy various fruits.

I've already stopped doing crunches and cardio and I'm flying high because I won't need to do them ever again. Then along come the "experts" saying that there IS no magical book or fruits and that I actually will have to do cardio and crunches!!!

Do you people mind!?

You're the only thing standing between ME and my 6 PACK!

I've even got evidence that both of these guys are on to something...
tell me this...have you ever met a banana farmer that wasn't ripped? Thos guys are never fat. It must work!

Sarcasticly yours,

Raven

Banana farmer is serious stuff who wouldn't get ripped from lifting those big bunches of bananas? I think I may add it into workout squatting with banana bunches on my shoulders you can do everything with them just think.
