Now i write this post im know that this isnt a spot for someone to do all the work for me but ive read all about eating properly and i know my exact of proten, carbs, fat, ect. that im supposed to eat and everthing says that you have to custimize your diet to youself and just was wondering if i could get a push im the right direction to do so. What im looking for is someone that knows a book that will have recipes that would folow the proper 40/20/40 (protien/fats/carbs) that i hear about and i work out at 3:00 ever day and for someone with more exp than i would be greatly appreciated.m im about 175lbs with exp lifting but really wanting to bulk like never before and want to do it poperly any adice would be great thank you..

No meal is going to really have the exact 40/20/40 ratio. Just preplan what you are going to eat the day before and prep it to eat. And every meal not having the 40/20/40 isnt a bad thing, as you want different nutrients at different times. Example: Many people believe in carb cutoffs after a certain time. Therefore you'd want a high protein/low carb meal than. Also, some people have about 80g carbs after the workout, but only around 30g protein.
