Default Too Much Protien? (not for the weak stomached)

Ok so my total protien intake per day is right around 350g. And my fat intake is roughly 150 or so while sticking to my CKD pretty tightly. the only carbs I take in are veggies, and there are 2g per protien shake.

My question is, I've been shitting like a fiend. and it aint pretty, there is no solidness to it. I feel as though i'm just shitting out the excess protien i'm taking in. And my stomach is really f'in with me. its letting me know that its time to empty out ya know.

what do you guys think? I dont really want to cut it back too much, but at the same time, i dont want anything running down my leg while i'm hitting the tredmil.

Protein, esp. powder needs a ton of water to digest. For now try drinking a mixture of 1/3 gatorade and 2/3 water because diarrhea takes alot out of you. :( What kind of protein are you on? Maybe you should try and switch it. If this has been going on for a while, maybe you're lactose intolerant? When I tried Nitrotech I got the shits every time I choked a serving down. Now I use 100% whey and VP2 without a hitch. There shouldn't be a reason as to why this is. My friend at the gym ingests about 500 grams per day and he's fine. (I think 60 grams every 2 hours) Since you are carb depleted and still weightlifting, I don't think you should scale down whatsoever. Try taking some Imodium AD with your protein. At least it'll help you go back to pinchin' loafs! :eek:

I am lactose intolerant, I know this for a fact. But I mix my protien (designer Whey) with water, and i've never had a problem before. I only use 2 to 4 shakes ed. depending on if its a lifting day or not. then two of them are pre and post.

I really get most of my protien from solid foods, and I'm drinking/trying to get a gallon or more ed of water. imodium sounds about right, i'll try that out and see what happens, i agree i dont want to drop my protien while i'm cutting. thanks 0311

Use the ON whey protein or designer whey then, I am lactose intolerant also but never had a problem with both of those brands. Well, fats are liquidy, u are getting most of your calories from fat. What do you expect for ur shit to look like??

i bet its that grainy poop that just makes your ass feel like you are shitting sand... gets to the point where you dont' even wanna crap b/c it would feel like you're sh!ting red-hot lava wishing you had a snowcone to wipe your butt with...

drink more water and get some fiber pills (and some TP with aloe, lol)

actually it wasnt that kinda poop at all sdf, it was the kind where you sit down and as soon as your ass hits the seat, your pretty much done. like the door on the space ship was opened and every thing was instantly evacuated from the ship.
