Why would you want to drink 2 gallons of water every day?

If u want to retain water then don't drink it. Not sir why u would want to do that.

I drink about 1 gallon each day and yes piss all the time.

just drink enough to keep hydrated....if you're drinking it...your creatine will use it....it's not going to use so much that you're not going to pee :)

Actually, drinking water lowers water retention. Water retention is caused by a poor sodium/potassium balance (too much sodium) and not enough water.

But yeah, you're definitely drinking too much water (unless you run like 6 hours a day).

I like Leigh Peele's work but I seem to recall reading that she recommended 1 gal water per day for women and 2 gal for men. No way am I going for 2 gal.
