| Nutrition among the most important factor for good health and building mass and even mental stability, i think people should pay more attention about nutrition facts , this main post is a good reminder for all of us about the variety of healthy food we can choose from in our daily diet, not only for a bodybuilder, some people still hold wrong information about what to eat and what not to eat, thats why education in this field is renewing everyday and we should pay so much attention to it, for example 3 years back you would find margerine in every diet plan, but now its no more as studies proved that its a harmfull thing ... a good source of information is health magazines, some magazines are too good to be true |

Gender: | Crystal Light?? I just read an article in muscle fitness about how bad maltodextrin can spike your insulin levels. Anyone know how how much if any at all is okay. I stopped drinking it since the article. |

| ^^ there is no maltodextrin in crystal light. It has no carbs, maltodextrin is a sugar (carb). You may be thinking of gatorade, that has a shit ton of maltodextrin. But lets not forget that both dextrose and maltodextrin should be consumed after lifting with/in your post workout shake, either that or wms. |
