All fruits have a lot of sugar and carbs. Depending on what you are trying to do their either good or bad. If you want to bulk up, there is nothing wrong with haveing fruit all day. If you are trying to cut up, one way to make it easier is not to have fruit or diary

I don't know if there are any fruits in particular that are bad for you. They all have their own purpose (vitamins)

Water is bad for you too. Depends if you stick your head in a bucket of it.

Eating clean natural foods is good for you.

6pm has nothing to do with anyhting.

I remember this party girl who used to go out all night long and sleep all day. Her retarded Personal Trainer told her not to eat after 6pm to loose weight. Problem was she got up at 5pm every day. So she just survived on alcohol - absolutely brilliant.

Beware of advice given freely - it is often worth that - nothing.

If you want to loose weight then don't eat carbs for your last 3 meals is one way of cutting up (assuming 8 meals a day).

There are many other ways that work equally well, it depends upon your personal goals and preferances.
