It depends on what your macronutrient goals are.

Oh Yeah bars & Supreme Protein bars are a couple of my favorites, but the number of net carbs is very low.

Yeah, the best ones are homemade - try Add cottage cheese: http://worldfitnessnetwork.com/2009/...-protein-bars/ - there are pictures and nutrition info there too. You can always add more protein powder to ramp up the protein content.
