What do you think guys for my mass diet!!!!!!!!!!!!
08:45 True mass proten shake
10:00 80-100g chicken breast with 2 sliced bread / multi vit
13:00 100g of chicken with spagetti / 2 flaxseed oils 15min later 1 banana
15:00 True mass protein shake
18:00 imediately after Cellmass creatine
18:20 N-Large protein shake
20:30-21:00 100G of steak,chicken,turkey,cod"fish" with Uncle bens rice / 2 flaxseed oils
23:00 pro peptide plus and mix in it 10g of glutamine
250Grams of Protein roughly
What do you think guys is it ok ,is there enough Kcal in my daily intake.
If there is room for improvement PLEASE dont hesitate to give me advice on my diet

I also see very little carbs and fats ... for a mass program I'd say its lacking.
I read it as 100g of chicken, so thats 30g of protein.
I agree with Hardgain, fat and carbs are lacking. We do need to know your current weight and bf% to give more advice.
Thanx guys for the reply, well i am 28 years old 5ft7 height and weigh 80kg ,,bodyfat i really dont know but if i pinch my skin around my belly button theres is about 3cm from one finger to another so theres abit of fat down there. what i was saying was i eat 100g usually if chicken 30g of protein ,in total i eat around 250g of protein per day/and have 320g of carbs only in protein shakes ,but cant say about the solids foods as i dont know how much carbs are there in half a normal plate of spagetti, rice or patatoes if anyone knows roughly pls tell me. also i am doing 2000kcal in protein shakes only ,food i also cant say cause i dont know how much kcal theres is in my food stated above

For bulking you can use the 40/20/40 split for protein% fat% and carb%. So basically 40% of your caloric intake is protein, 20% is fat...... Fitday.com has alot of the values for food, enter in the food and you can get a rough estimate of the pfc it contains.
Depending on your activity level and metabolism you may need to adjust your daily calories.
Read the "How to bulk" Sticky and you should be able to get an idea of what your daily calories should be.
Remember its just an estimate and might take some time to adjust it before you find the right setup.
I would say your protein is kind of on the low side. I would say it should be around 300g, you might want to try increasing it and seeing how it affects your results. my 2 cents.
