What should my diet look like?

Iam 5'11 and 180 lbs with a decent build. I want to buff up a little more and drop my body fat. Can someone give me an example of what a balanced dialy diet would look like throughout the day with my scheule?

Wake up 8:00a
Workout from 9:15 - 11:00
At school 12:00p - 3:30p
Bed at 11:00p

I'm just looking for a scedule that lists the times i should eat and what food groups at each time according to my schedule. I have a big container of whey protein and a fridge full of gatorade also, just not sure when the best times are to fit that in either. Thanks for the help.

Eat every 3-4hrs from the time you wake up till the time you go to bed. Make sure you eat right after your workout and 1/2 to 1 hr before, so that you can recover faster. Eat before you go to bed aswell.

I'm not going to tell you times, you figure that out....Maybe a 60/40 spitl (that's 60-protein/fat and 40 carbs)

But like Kane said read the stickies...there is alot of info in there.

Eat every chance you get keeping the diet clean. If you wait until you are hungry you have gone too long.

Without knowing your bodyfat, we dont know how muscular/lean you are. Either way, i would stick to bulking, dont try to do both or you'll end up spinning your wheels. Just make sure you keep your diet clean and do cardio. Read the stickies for more info.

And you workout for 1hour and 45minutes? That seems a bit too long as most guys workout anywhere from 45min to 1hr and 15min. By the end of your workout how do you have any energy left? What program you doing?
