Default What to buy

Ok, as far as things I am doing for cutting, I know this might be the wrong place to put this. But this is my diet so far...

Meal 1: 3/4 cup oats, half cup is mixed with gritz/brans (for more of a higher fiber count). 3 egg whites and 1 yolk

Meal 2: Cup of soy milk with 2 scoops protein powder (was teh GNC 100 percent whey, now switched to the ON whey powder). With a scoop of penut butter, the natural kind, its 1/3 of the serving, so about 3 carbs, and 5 grams of fat.

Meal 3: 8 oz chicken, 2 cups of veggies, and a cup of rice, sometimes I will do 2 slices of wheat bread instead.

Meal 4: usally 4oz of chicken with a cup or 2 cups of veggies.

Meal 5: 2 scoops of protein or chicken.

Meal 6: 4 oz of chicken with more veggies.

I have'nt done alot of exercising this week due to being so sore from my upper body workout, and this week I've just been taking it easy getting back into the motion of things. I hit the tread mill for 30 mins walking at lvl 4 out of 10.

Gonna start HIIT running soon on the tread, but taking it slow so my knee gets used to it.

I take shark cartaledge x3, supper cissus x3, x2 chews with gluclosimine and chondriatin. Proabbly all spelt wrong . 1 animal fat burning pack in the morning. x3 hydroxycut hardcore(got 120 for free). I am trying to wu yi tea thing, got a months worth for free, I do about maybe a cup to 2 cups a day. I got the venom, so I am doing one a day on that, mainly bought it for my younger brother to take it since he's very very very fat, about 45-50% fat, being 6 foot 5 at age 16.

But I read I should get glutamine and a few others, what would you guys say?

I am just taking alot of knee supps to rebuild the damaged cartaledge I hurt and damaged. The meniscus sack in my right knee has fallen apart and is being rebuilt by these. Damn rugby! Lol, gonna have to quit playing for maybe a few years....

As far as it goes, I've been taking the knee stuff for a month or so and my knee is feeling better, I can now do single body self weight squat without my knee hurting, but I figure a few more weeks before I even hit the weights...

Goals: Reach 190, 8 percent BF (by sept, oct, wanna get 4% for a teen bodybuilding competition)

Squat over 400, bench 300, Deadlift 350 (in which I doubt I will be able to do) but I shall PUSH myself!

Oh yea fish oil and twice a day, one in the morning, once at night I do the daily needed vitamans...and my in take of calories atm is about 2200-2400, umm, I think usally 120-160 carbs, usally everyday at least 250 grams of protein, 40 grams of fat and 40 grams of fiber....so I think I have everything ok, but I just need to stick with this and follow it through.
