Default When is the best time, for whey protein.

If you workout every day. What is the best time for it? Before, or after working out or in the morning?

I wouldn't recommend working out everyday but aside from that.... After your workout is best. Some people like it as soon as they wake up as well...You can do both if you wanna.

Never, protein powder is not food, it’s a way to make money, do your self a favor look at everything you put in your body and ask yourself. Will this help me or will it hurt me

protein powder is useful after a workout because it absorbs faster than any protein found in food. If you want to stay away from supps go ahead but don't give bad advice...

Most people take it in their post workout shake. But I would recommend taking it with lowfat milk, even if you take it after you train. I also take it right before/after training sometimes if I haven't had anything to eat (training in an otherwise fasted state). The timing of protein (taking protein before/after workout) is over analyzed. Just get your diet and training right and the timing won't make that much difference.

Morning with breakfast, and post workout are the most critical in my opinion for the high quality, fast absorption and ease of consumption.

If you ask yourself if whey protein will hurt you or help you, then the answer is it will help you. Why do you think it's bad to supplement with whey?

I just started using whey protein, and I don't use it a lot, but when I do, it's always PWO. Usually I have oatmeal in the morning, and the Protein Shake after my afternoon session.

The best time to get your whey protein is immediately after your workout because your body hunger with protein and it will absorp all of the protein in the whey right after you drink it.
