damn guys ya'll are making me feel like shit now! haha I'm 16 and my 1 rep max is like 210? i use the i play hockey excuse though so i need more muscle endurance and flexibility haha

Yeah, but we train for it. A long periodized training routine with a max like 405 being the end result. I'm sure if you trained for it, you'd succeed. I had to do a brutal 8 week routine to hit 405! (mainly A2G squats.:eek: )
