Default 405 lbs bench

two days ago my freind put up 405 on the bench for 1 rep at 16 years old...hes natural as well. weighting like 230 240 somewhere in that region. wanted to get a video of it but didnt know he was gunna do it till first period in school (didnt know if he was ready to make the attempt that day). if he goes for it again, i will try to record it for you all

Thats pretty damn impressive for 16 years old. One of my friends who was on the O-Line of my football high school team did 380. This kid was something like 290 lbs at the time.

If you can get a video that will be awesome, would love to see it.

yea i know what you mean i workout with either him, my brother or just by myself i know for a fact thats hes got really good genetics. oh and 0311 you hit it for 2 reps which even though its only a rep more i see it as being alot more

DAMM thats impressive. He will hit 500 some day. Never made it past 385 my slef.
