If you couldn't tell, everyone in that video was past the point of being huge. That guy squatting 720 is no small bloke neither. Guaranteed they wouldn't be half that size if they weren't so focused on squatting the heavy shit.

what was up with the 1/2 naked towel boy? that was quite impressive! his head turned about 5 shades of purple! whoa...

and i don't care WHO is spotting me, or HOW many of them there are, im not squatting without some catch bars... i wouldn't trust ANYONE to catch 700+ lbs if i tore a quad or something. that bar would have turned him into a puddle

I noticed the catch bars missing as well.
The quote When you are weak then you are strong is a biblical quote which refers to humans admitting they are weak in comparrison to God and when they do that then God and use them and they become stronger. Just to give it to you in a nutshell
