Gender: | id say your legs are a little weak but other then that your rediculasly strong for your weight/age. the only reason your arms arent huge is because you dont have the extra weight someone like me has. |

| Travis, your stats look good, but it doesnt matter what they are now, it matters what they are in a two months, three months, six months. Keep on working bro, and dont worry about what anyone else is doing. |

Gender: | well my stats have to go up 10 lbs every six weeks on power clean ,bench press ,and squat to pass my weight lifting class at school, but its really easy to add that weight ,because the routine we do kicks ass ,its the best routine i have ever done. when we first started doing it i added 25 lbs to my bench press in 6 weeks. my max in bench press already went up to 260 lbs ,because we maxed out on friday ,and i got stronger ,but the only thing s i dont gain any size at all, just strength. my coach said it was probaly just my genetics that cause me to stay small ,but i just get sick of people not beliving what i can lift ,thats like the one thing that pisses me off. |

| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | If your strength is increasing, you're getting bigger. In your situation, having been lifting for a while, you can't get stronger without having your muscles grow. You might not notice it, and you might not even gain weight...you could have dropped a couple of lbs of fat and replaced it with muscle. Genetics do have something to do with it, but not a lot. When I was 16 years old, I weighed 130...benched 200, squatted 285, power cleaned 175... But now my weight is up to 170 and I'm a lot bigger (at age 21). I heard the genetics thing too. If you have a good workout routine and you give your body the fuel it needs to grow, then you can get huge. I have put on 25lbs since this summer, so.... Most of this extra size has been very recent. Your squats and deads should be going up like crazy if you have a good workout routine. What are your 1RMs now in those lifts? |
