i know he doesn't recommend spandex for anything :)

It's outdated. It's fun to look at, but a lot of the stuff is off the wall or has been disproven.

everybody is different, so what worked for arnold won't work for everybody. especially since he had really nice genetics.

Horrible advice unless you're Arnold's next of kin with his genetics.

The pictures and the first section regarding the history of the sport is the only good thing about it.

Agreed. There is no way that following the advice from the book will make you look like Arnold unless you are his clone. Interesting to see though how much has been learned and refined over the years since then.
