| Anyone aware of how to get an audit done on mortgage PI paydown contradictions due to questionably 'inconsistent' interest charge calculation methods? Im aware audits can be done internally and/or externally of the source of financing, I just want to be 'tactful' and create as few waves as possible. I dont want to see any heads roll over this one...my loan 'arranger' is a family man with mouths to feed! Anyone.....Anyone.....Anyone.... |

go talk to him in his office in private... tell him you know wtf is going on and taht you are NOT happy about the inconsistancies in the way your interest charges are being calculated. let him know that if this issue doesn't resolve itself fast, heads will roll... problem will probably take care of itself | |

| I took subtle steps to 'alert' him of my imminent request several monthes ago. Ive recently had further 'problematic' occurences take place to which I 'side-stepped' his involvement - for obvious reason. Now, I notice my loan account has been 'red-flagged' by a source beyond my own local branch.... a few weeks after an inquiry as to why PI funds where being drawn several days after a contractually agreed upon fixed date..... #Judas Priest playing gently in the back-ground# Edit: The inconsistencies have occured over a period of almost 7 years, and where never noticed due to personal health 'circumstances' which took place over the same period - finances didnt matter then - so I wasnt keeping track of anything. Seems 'opportune'! Last edited by TAURUS; 04-27-2005 at 05:55 PM. |

| Rank: Bantamweight Experience: 10+ Years | I dont know if u are aware that they have different ways of calculating interest. Some of the interests are fixed, and some are variable, I have a fixed interest on my house, So I will just be paying 1100 dollars a month for the next 25 yrs. |
