Totally agree, John. I have these guys to thank for a big chunk of a state wrestling title and some New England paper too.

Thanks, everybody.

You did legs? HAHAHA Noob. Upperbody is where it's at, you can't say 'which way to the beach' and flex your hammy. :biglaugh:

I gotta hop this band wagon. I totally agree, this forum and it's members are the best. I haven't contributed near as much as I've gotten from all the advice, opinions, and discussions in these threads and PM's.

I have a feeling I wouldn't still be weight training if not for BB.net. I would of either hurt myself and had to quit or might have quit due to no gains. I see myself training like this for a long time now that I understand the general principles of nutrition, recovery, balanced programming, prehab and rehab, and working within my limitations. I might not have learned everything from BB.net, but I was introduced to it all from here, and that is what I'm most thankful for.

Thanks everyone.

PS Even though I do not post often, I still log in daily and keep up with everything.

^^^ I agree with everything Phil said. Good post, Phil.

We're not getting mushy, IK, we're just showing our tender inner feelings!! :006: LOL
