Gender: | How much mass you gain will depend on your diet and program and will, imo, have very little to do with these products outside of a pump and placebo effect. Well, the cellmass could help in that creatine itself could help. |

Gender: | No one can give you an accurate estimate on how much you will gain over a certaint period of time due to the fact that there are so many factors within this answer (Genetics, training, diet, rest, etc.) I also don't see the need to use all of those products in the same period of time. IMO NoXplode could have its advantages while cutting because from my experiences it's an alright pre-workout supplement, however its really only effective (From my experience) while on a realitively empty stomach, which shouldn't really occur much if your bulking. CellMass can be good, but you can put together the same supplements for significantly cheaper, and Nitrix I've personally never used, but again from what I know you need an empty stomach in order to take the product. |
