Question Can anyone help me get six pack abs????

Hi Everyone, I have been trying these for months and months but it doesn’t help me anymore. I am talking about six pack abs that I am trying to get. I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! That did not help me and later on I have tried a few tips that I have been suggested by my friends but that also was of no use (the whole thing helped the abs a little…but not as I wanted). So, now can anyone suggest me any ways or ideas to get them

Thanks for any help!!!

everyone has a six pack. you just got to get the fat from around it and build them up a little bit more than what they are

Thumbs up Reply: Can anyone help me get six pack abs????

First of all, I would like to tell you that each and everyone has their own way to get them but not all are success. You will be given a hundred solutions if you go on asking different people, like the gym you joined or the tricks that you had been told. So, it’s better for you follow a certain routine for this. My cousin was also in a similar dilemma and later he found a course that helped him get six pack abs and moreover that was not time consuming and has fast results too…so he was not abandoned by patience. I believe that this course can help you also to get the abs you desire.

Like monsta said, if you've been doing ab work then you HAVE a six pack. You need to reduce body fat to make it visible. You can't spot reduce fat. You have a layer of pudge over your stomach, right? Read the "How to cut" sticky in the fatloss forum.

So what have you been doing for "months and months" to get a 6 pack?

If you want to see your abs, you need to lose fat ... there are many ways of going about putting a diet together please post all your stats and then we can help more.

My question is what are your stats and what is your diet like? Until then it's impossible to give good advice. One thing I have to say is abs are just like any other muscle. You build them while bulking, not cutting. Cutting is just so you can see them. So if you haven't built them up and are trying to eat very little and work abs your going about it the hard way.
