Gender: | Supplements that I take on any given day are BCAA’s, Protein, creatine, glutamine, Maltodextrose, dextrose, flax oil, fish oil, saw palmetto, multi-vitamin, calcium, potassium, NAC, Alcar, ALA, R-ALA, Vit B’s, Phosphatydry, Serine, Hawthorne Berry, Milk Thistle. These are daily. Off and on there are a few other things I supplement but I won’t mention them. |

| Supplements that I take on any given day are: protein,creatine,ALC,magnesium,potassium citrate, green tea, fish oil, multi-vit, b-complex vit, beta carotene, vit C, niacin, policosanol, piracetam, lecithin, garlic, sea kelp, yohimbine, rhodiola, taurine, ala, im sure theres more that i forgot... i plan to add some more when they come in |
