However, I am aware that I like lifting weights and I would like to be able to do that for a long time. Therefore, I have changed my mindset into accepting the above two facts and learning to stop thinking of weightlifting when I am not weightlifting. At one point of time I used to be obsessed with this and I would spend 5-6 hour reading, etc. Now....I wait for the impulse to read to come naturally. Otherwise, there are far more pressing issues in my life which need to be addressed.
