Default do you ever?

Feel like giving up on your goals? It just seems that I dont have enough time in the day to eat as much as i should, work out like I should, and all the other stuff that goes with living a healthy life. It just seems that I try so hard and get no results.

It gets frustrating at times, but there aint no quit in me, I think it would be harder to give up, then to keep on going.

You need bad days to remind you of what good is. Its all part of it. If its not worth fighting for then its not worth having.

where there is a will, there is a way. everybody is busy, and everybody has things to do. you may not be able to do exactly what you want, but there is a way you can do something. there is a crazy amount of bodywieght exercises that you can do to get you in shape. you can always go running at any time. you can do it, you just have to tell yourself you can

I get like that sometimes. When I do, I just get more strict with my diet and training. The potential is there, I just need to provide the right stimulus. If I'm not seeing results, it's because I'm not doing everything that I should be. Oh, and I always try to read some new stuff too. If I find something that sounds pretty awesome that I can try in the gym, then that will get me motivated. Sometimes (rarely), a new supplement will get me motivated although I've pretty much given up on that lately. If you're able to, add a little variety to your workout...it is the spice of life, after all.

That's more than enough motivation for me, Joker! I used to be one of those people (I am nowhere near where I'd like to be, though!)

Twistid, bbing may be going against our bodies natural tendencies-extra muscle atrophies if not worked vigorously, but I see the pros in the mags, and I imagine that one day, as dedicated as I am, I would be as big as them, if I took roids like they do.

I hate to think that I wasted money on the whey I have taken to get to the point I'm at, also. And, they say that for every hour that you exercise, you add two hours to your lifespan!!

Good luck, and hang in there, bud.
