Default Does gyno affect your sex life

Back in the days without steroids I can safely say that abstinence from sex for bodybuilders is an urban legend. I am not so sure now... I know from this and other forums that gyno is painful on the nipples and pecs. Which means contact on those areas might not be exactly pleasant then.Well, the nipples and pecs are erogeneous zones - so how do you get around the problem if your wife or girlfriend wants to squeeze and pinch your nipples? I am not making fun of steroid use and would seriously consider using - but most forums talk about using estrogen inhibitors etc, but not the social aspect of going on a heavy cycle. Grin and bear the pain or abstinence? Comments or advise please, thanks

To be more specific, Gyno in and of itself is not connected to sexual performance. Gyno, or Gynecomastia is an enlargment of the breast tissue, or mammary glands which can become as severe as even lactating. It's caused by an imbalance in the testosterone to estrogen levels. It can sometimes be very hard to reverse. It can occur without the introduction of steroids but is most often caused by this when levels of natural testosterone are lowered through the introduction of steroids, or when the higher levels of artificial testosterone in the system converts to estrogen. With that said, if someone is experiencing a reduction in sexual activity it's likely a result of the imbalance in testosterone/estrogen and not a result of the gyno itself.

I had a girlfriend that use to love to pinch. I hated it. But try as I might I could not get her to stop. She just didn't get that gentle is sometimes even better...

Hi Ice696, thanks for enlightening comments. Yes, I wouldn't expect gyno to inhibit sexual performance per se, but it would affect the enjoyment I would think.
The pain would be quite distracting. Which leads me to another question, which is more painful - normal puberty gyno or steroid induced gyno?

Not having exerience them I could not tell you. I don't remember an unusual amount of pain in that area during puberty. I cant imagine someone pinching the nipples frequently could be a healthy thing though.

The reason I asked about gyno is because there's a group of ladies who like pinching my nipples - and I do enjoy their attention and the feeling.
