Default Finally hit the gym...been bout 3 months...

Yep so I finally got up off my lazy butt and went down to the local gym...Hit the weights and man, I definitely am not where I used to be. Pretty much all I did was bench and squats for the lifting. I did a few pullups but that's about it on that part. The benching was okay but the squats were definitely something that I had to take it VERY easy on. My legs were about to go into some charlie horses. I tried to stretch it out but it just wasn't going away. So I racked the plates and hopped on the treadmill for about 2.5miles...Felt BOMB after getting off the treadmill, running gets me all doped up So that's what I did, I am quite sore today..Please do not laugh at my lifts, I'm going to post them below..They are not where I used to be so keep that in mind.

Bench:
115X8
135X5
145X5
155X5
165X5

Squat:
135X5
155X5

Pull-up:
1X3
1X2

It's very sad^^^^^^^^ To think that I have been living such a sedentary lifestyle that it brought me this low..Not that I was a beast before but I had made some pretty good progress but have since regressed..But I do intend to stay and continue to progress and surpass my previous standings..comments and suggestions are welcome

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"
