Gender:  |  Pity's right. Some of the best minds in the industry have articles there. Yeah there is a bunch of bullshit and a bunch of bozo's. But don't let the negatives make you do away with so much information. And if you don't like navigating T-nation itself most of the best guys have their own websites so you can use them to link directly to the articles. Don't let the Waterbury's of the world spoil the party though. There is no source of info that you don't have to be willing to work through to get at the stuff that is useful. |
