Default Getting back to form

Hello everyone! It has been awhile since my last posts and I have been pretty busy. New assignment, keeping up with the wife and kids now that I have time, and now thank god I am able to get back into the gym regularly.

Back in November I severely sprained my right knee and ankle and have been in a wheelchair, on crutches and basically pissed off that I couldn't do what I wanted to do. Now I am back (strength is about the same, stamina needs a little work) even though legs hurt more now than earlier.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and let everyone know why I have been gone for awhile. Take care.

welcome back. Hope your recovery goes well.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"
