Yesterday, I tried to beat some old PRs, and to finally get a 1RM on bench. I managed to get 415 on deads, almost twice, 225 6 times on a warmup set, and 250 almost twice!
On another note, something funny happened to me yesterday. One of my customers walks in, and she asked me if I was getting fatter (In a nicer way, though). And, I said yes, but that I'm bulking, and some of it is also muscle. She looked kind of embarrassed.
